Terms and Conditions for Service

1  Please provide a credit card for payment of services.  We do not bill.

2  We will perform reasonable repairs only up to the approved amount.  Select an amount that suits your needs.  

3  If we think the appliance should be replaced with new, we will tell you and not attempt any repairs.  We do not sell or install new appliances.

4  When no repairs are performed, we will charge you the service fee.  The service fee includes making the appointment with your tenant, analysis of the problem, and some minor repairs and adjustmernts.

5  Repairs include parts and labor to repair your appliance and are in addition to the service fee.  Authorize a total price for the service fee and the repairs.  Most washers and dryers will usually be repaired for under $250.  Refrigerators, front load washers, and high end brands will frequently be repaired for under $350.

6  If you request an estimate in advance of any repairs, we will do our best to reach you by phone while the technician is at your rental property.

7  If repairs exceed the approved amount we will contact you before proceeding.

8  We will call your tenant for you and make an appointment with them for service.

9  If your tenant is not home for a scheduled service visit we will charge a service fee.
